Starting in 2020, ALABOĞAZ company will be established for boutique olive oil production.

Our cooperative has not stopped growing since 1951. Always united, always strong, mainly thanks to the devoted and enterprising spirit of the successive Administrations that have led us. Carefully planned investments have gradually improved our mill.  The olive oil we produce reflects this dedication and the commitment to quality of all our olive growers.

The natural processing of the olives gives Jordan olive oil its special aroma and mild taste.

They began with certified organic crops, production of DOP and organic oil, Taggiasca olives in brine and organic fruit trees for the production of special jams. It was a great celebration when we managed to get five suns, the highest quality for the characteristics of an Agriturismo.

The Estepa Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) has the strictest criteria in the world when it comes to certifying extra virgin olive oil, and covers the oils produced in 13 locations within the Estepa and Puente Genil.
