Aledrades organic EVOO is a Cypriot premium product of high quality, produced by using exclusively certified organic farming methods.

25 km south of the city of Sfax, and not far from the Mediterranean shores of the Gabès golf course, extend the fields of organic olive trees of the KARRAY estate, where the cultivation of olive trees is an old family tradition inherited for nearly 80 years old.

Three generations have been working on the “Los Machaos” farm, caring for the land and making olive harvesting an Art.  Our farm is within the municipality of Torres de Albanchez, at an altitude of 850 m. This peculiarity in the orography, makes us that the collection of the fruit is hardly without using mechanical tools, maintaining the tradition in the collection.

Our country estate is in southern Portugal.In sunny Alentejo we grow wines, olive and carob in accordance with the guidelines of organic farming.

Romero verde is a familiar Company dedicated to the olive oil sector. We produce extra virgin olive oil , from Picual Variety. The olives are picked up during the early harvest in the Santa Ana farmhouse in Navas de San Juan , very near Úbeda city, in the province of Jaén, and the Extra Virgin Olive oil is made through cold extraction in our own Factory.

Koutrakos family knows very well the secret to this recipe and passes it on from generation to generation, with love and respect for nature, as well as strict traditional methods of extraction.
