Our olive groves are located near Sparta, Laconia, in a dominant olive growing area, which considers the olive tree sacred, while it is famous for its ideal climatic conditions and excellent natural environment. Our olive products have superior high quality characteristics as they result from our organic production.We are producing olives and olive oil within the scope of good agriculture with 4,800 olive trees located in Ayvalık’s Murateli village and Mutluköy, approximately 400 acres of land.

The Mavroudis family are the proud owners of 2000 olive trees thriving in numerous olive groves , a large proportion being from the Lianolia kerkira some of which are up to 700 years old !! a variety native to Corfu and the Ionian sea region . Under the right conditions and care ,produces an exceptional quality extra virgin olive oil , usually high in beneficial polyphenols.

This extra virgin olive oil comes from the Themistocles Estate in Maronia-Komotini, Greece. Corinth carries a great heritage of olive cultivation and Themistocles Estate gives a new, fresh breath to the hole area’s olive oil creation.

Our Green Olive Oil is a high quality olive oil from the south of Greece, the peninsula Peloponnesus to be exact. Our olive grove is situated on a sunny hillside in a small village called Filiatra in the vicinity of Kalamata, which inhabits around 7000 inhabitants. A traditional olive oil producing area gave us its gold and we are presenting it to you.

Extra virgin olive oil is pure oil, obtained without industrial processing. It has a distinct fruity palatablenes and aroma of freshly picked olives. Our extra virgin olive oil is a pure cold pressed oil produced under carefully monitored hygienic conditions.

The first olive oil press owned by the Volioti family started its operation in 1969 at the village of Agios Vlasios, in Pelion. Since 1981 and up until today, the Olive Oil Press has relocated to its new facilities in Ano Lechonia.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil SITIA OLEUM with low acidity is slightly spicy with an intense fruity aroma and a balanced taste, unique for its golden green colour and its long lasting aftertaste.
