Olive oil, is the divine gift of mother nature. That’s why we named our precious product ‘Genius’. It means the individual existence of a divine nature that is present in every individual… It is not a coincidence that the ones who had the power to change the course of humankind shares the same ambition: Olive oil… History repeats itself and for thousands of years the most consistent repetition has been the link between humankind and olive oil. From Einstein to the first doctor of the history Ibn-i Sina, from the most talented artists Michelangelo to the record holder inventor Nicola Tesla, each and every ‘Genius’ has their own story with olive oil. This is our raw material. This is our motivation.

Our story started in 2016 with an olive garden in Ayvalık, with our pursuit of being close to nature and healthy life after working in the information systems sector for many years.As Nova Vera, we aim to be differentiated by applying clean, sustainable, non-harming, health-giving and priority-oriented methods in both olive cultivation and olive oil production.

The most important thing for us is that the olives and olive oils we offer under the name DROP by DROP can reflect the power of this unique tree.

Olivaia is a small batch producer of estate extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and a grower of the historic ‘California Ripe Olive’ in the Lindsay area, formerly known as the ‘olive capital of the world’. Olivaia started in 2012 with the purchase of a mature olive grove with many neglected trees over 100 years old, today known as Block X because of its unique heirloom cultivars. 

Today we are among the largest producers of extra virgin olive oil in Italy and the largest oil mill in Sicily. Ours, however, is a simple story made of family, land and passion. Genuine and authentic ingredients is what we use to produce our oil and offer you the best of our tradition, the sincere taste of Sicily.

In 1980, Francesco Lince had the first contact with the production of olive oil, since then he became a producer with international distinction.

Sincerely caring for our land, passing on a traditional savoir-faire, focusing on hard work, sharing. All these values, passed down by my father, have naturally inspired us to carry on with what he had undertaken, carefully extracting this precious nectar from our artisanal olive tree plantation.

The pursuit of quality pushed Eran to pursue professional studies in the field of olive oil and is currently one of the top olive oil tasters in Israel and serves as a judge in olive oil competitions in Israel.
