Derbel olive oil is produced in Tunisia, by people with great love for olives and oil. This love is transformed into a top tier product, that enriches the world of olive oils.

Olives picked during the day on the steep terrains near Grožnjan are at sunset time transported to selected Istrian oil mill. During the evening and the night olives will be processes exclusively by mechanical means and cold pressing process will turn them into extra virgin oil of great taste.

With a very low acidity and fruity flavor, the olives are harvested in mid-October at an altitude of 450 meters, giving a peculiarity to this particular olive oil that is unique in its kind.

This olive oil is extracted only from olives cultivated in our own well-cared for orchard, and few orchards in partnership under the supervision of our Agricultural team. Only a short time passes from harvest until the olives are pressed, packed, and stored under optimal temperatures and humidity to reach you – the final customer.

We produce an oil with unique scents, which tells the story of our territory. The oil is packaged in our oil mill immediately after harvesting so that it won’t lose the original characteristics of our fantastic cultivar: the Peranzana.
