Olives picked during the day on the steep terrains near Grožnjan are at sunset time transported to selected Istrian oil mill. During the evening and the night olives will be processes exclusively by mechanical means and cold pressing process will turn them into extra virgin oil of great taste.

With a very low acidity and fruity flavor, the olives are harvested in mid-October at an altitude of 450 meters, giving a peculiarity to this particular olive oil that is unique in its kind.

Only a short time passes from harvest until the olives are pressed, packed, and stored under optimal temperatures and humidity to reach you – the final customer.
