The El Mesto project was founded in 1961 and became a benchmark for production and quality in Villamanrique, Ciudad Real province. Already in its beginnings, two master millers of the original ecological mill, friends and connoisseurs of the trade since childhood, positioned the oil produced in the first campaigns, in the highest level, being a reference in the area, its good work and cleanliness in the production processes, in search of a distinctive, quality.
