University of Thessaly, through its Property Management and Development Company, developed an age-old olive grove around the old monastery of Pau, οn the beautiful Pelion, the mountain of the mythical Centaurs. We cultivate the special local olive variety of Pelion (Amfissis), dynamically balancing the tradition of generations, with the most modern applied methods of scientific organic farming. Each tree is, for us, a whole microcosm that we treat with respect to biodiversity.
