Driven by the pursuit of excellence rather than profit, our goal is to produce an oil of exceptional quality while respecting the environment. We only use natural production methods, we fertilize, only when necessary, with manure recovered from small farms in the area and we do not irrigate the olive trees to preserve the precious water resources of the area.
