We are a family-run company founded by Giovanni with the aim of extending the quality and the taste of our organic olive oil,, handcrafted for our family and friends, to the public. the passion for Greece combined with a great attention to a healthy and natural diet, led us to buy, in Gargalianoi, the olive grove populated by Koroneiki olive trees in the spring of 2004. Driven by the pursuit of excellence rather than profit, our goal is to produce an oil of exceptional quality while respecting the environment. We only use natural production methods, we fertilize, only when necessary, with manure recovered from small farms in the area and we do not irrigate the olive trees to preserve the precious water resources of the area.
