Continuing the tradition since 1930, the fourth generation of the Vlassopoulos family, brothers Nikos and Manolis Vlassopoulos, maintain the family olive mill in Zakynthos. Through carefully selected olive harvest produce extra virgin olive oil Epsilon Precious. Epsilon Precious is the essence of the unique variety of Koroneiki olive. It is collected, processed and stored in the modern facilities of the olive mill of the Vlassopoulos family.

Each olive variety produces an oil which expresses the superior quality and the individuality of Paço do Conde in its own unique way.

For over 150 years, our family’s olive trees have been nurtured by the alkaline soils of the remote village of Kour, in northern Lebanon. At an altitude of 450 m, this special land provides the centenarian trees with the proper aeration for root growth, permeability, and high water-holding capacity, producing olives that literally burst with flavor. For generations, our trees have been free of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, which makes our extra virgin olive oil 100% organic. Solar is a welcome addition to any dish, bringing a refreshing finish of aromas, fruitiness, and lightness that will enliven the senses.
