Our artisanal extra virgin olive oil is produced in the Belice Valley in Sicily from olives grown, harvested, and pressed locally, on the same day of picking, within a five-mile radius from the grove.

Olivapalacios is a family business dedicated to the production and packaging of high quality extra virgin olive oil, by olives 100% cultivated and collected in our olive grove, and processed in our oil mill, in Almagro, Ciudad Real.

Founded in 1919 as “Sindicato Agrícola de Juncosa” by a group of farmers willing to join hands and work together to safeguard their interests and market the olive oil together, in 1939 renamed itself “Cooperativa Agrícola San Isidro” and now named “Coperativa Agrícola Sant Isidre de Juncosa de Les Garrigues”. Since 2010, the Cooperative has a new mill, fully extended, renovated and modernized, with the most advanced machinery to provide safer and more efficient production process in the production of extra virgin olive oil “Les Cabanes”.

Spyros Armyros traces his origin from two different regions of Greece, Fokida in central Greece and Arcadia in Peloponnesos peninsula. Both places are rich in history and tradition. Always dedicated to perfection in his job, his involvement with the cultivation of olive trees and olive oil production was motivated by his innermost feeling of a necessity to produce a natural and healthy product made with love and care and share it to the rest of the world. The Union of Agricultural Cooperatives of Laconia SA was founded in 1940 in Sparta. The mission of the Union is to improve the economic situation of producers – members having a key role in the secondary and tertiary sector of the agricultural economy by developing efforts to collect, produce and distribute the products of Laconian farmers.
