Our PREMIUM Extra Virgen Olive Oil falls in the Picual variety, thus having a high quality, along with a large proportion of oleic acid. This olive oil is also visibly green, due to its predominately green leafy and intense fruity notes.
Olea Prilis
At Olea Prilis, we extract our Extra Virgin Oil from olives that we select and pick, prevalently from our own trees that we lovingly cultivate and grow. Extra Virgin olive oil is made by crushing selected olives at the optimum point of ripeness and extracting their juice that is rich in aromas and health-promoting nutrients.

Just outside Alexandroupolis, in Dikella, there has been an olive mill for 20 whole years, “Alexandros Olive Mill” which always offers its services with joy and passion and thus reaches our table extra virgin olive oil of our region. The “Alexandros” olive mill, with modernized equipment, collects the olives of the area and produces the most delicious and quality oil in the area.
Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva- DOP Riviera Ligure
With a very low acidity and fruity flavor, the olives are harvested in mid-October at an altitude of 450 meters, giving a peculiarity to this particular olive oil that is unique in its kind.
Cuvee Emilie- Moulin Ottremonti
Based in Linguizzetta in Corsica (France), our farm, undergoing conversion to Organic Farming, enjoys the subtleties of the climate of the Isle of Beauty. We produce an olive oil under the label “AOP Huile de Corse” (Appellation Origine Protégée) in the traditional way of the “Extra Virgin” (HOVE) from olives harvested in early autumn in order to extract all its finesse and fruitiness.
First Night- Frantoio
Olives picked during the day on the steep terrains near Grožnjan are at sunset time transported to selected Istrian oil mill. During the evening and the night olives will be processes exclusively by mechanical means and cold pressing process will turn them into extra virgin oil of great taste.
