Rastrello Olive oil

This is a cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil made from olives hand picked on our family farm in Umbria, the “green heart of Italy.” We have 1,000 trees, most of which are 400 years old, making our oil a heritage blend. This blend is made up of different olive cultivars, the majority being frantoio, for fruity fragrance; leccino for peppery spice; moraiolo for a touch of bitterness; and pendolino for earthy smoothness.
