The natural blend of juices obtained exclusively by mechanical procedures at the exact moment of matureness allows us to obtain an oil with less than 0,3% acidity, very stable, long-lasting, and resistant to oxidation. Its taste offers an intense aroma to fresh fruits (apple, tomato) and deep notes to bitter almond.
