We are a young company that started production in 2017, led by Pablo Pascual, an agronomist by training and a long family tradition in olive cultivation. We are dedicated to the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil and we want to share our passion for olive and oil. With the aim of putting in value the olive oil of the native varieties cultivated in the Maestrat, this project was born that combines tradition with the latest technological advances.
