In Montellano, honoring an olive-growing history that began at the end of the 19th century, there is the Nuestra Señora de los Ángeles Agricultural Cooperative Society, founded in 1961 with the aim of combining the efforts of farmers in the area. Dedicated to the production and packaging of virgin and extra virgin olive oil, as well as the marketing of cereals and the manufacture of feed and certified wheat seeds, it currently has 670 partners and 170 collaborating partners
