CULTIVATION AND PRODUCTION OF EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL 4 simple steps for the most authentic extra virgin olive oil: 1)we collect the fruit all alone with the help of combs( not with mechanic methods which can cause sever damages on the fruit) 2)within 3 hours we drove the fruit to the oil press where it dissolves with cold pressed-extraction. 3)it is kept in a stainless steel tank , in stable cold temperature and oxygen free enviroment . 4) with this procedures of collection and guarding we achieve law stables (K232-K270-ΔΚ-acidity) and all the polyphenols
