Establecimiento Olivum extends to the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Province of San Juan, Argentina. The dedicated work of and sustained investment in its 1000 hectares (over 2400 acres) of productive land translates into Extra Virgin Olive Oils of excellent quality, which is the company’s main goal for each year’s production. The oils are gluten-free and have Kosher certification, seeking to satisfy a rigorous and diversified national and international demand. 70 % of production consists of Arbequina, but also offers other varieties such as Coratina, Changlot and Picual, as well as blends with different intensities. 80 % of sales are carried out in bulk and are exported, mainly to the United States and Spain. Establecimiento Olivum is proud to have its own manufacturing plant, which has HACCP certification. It is located on the same grounds as the farm, making the logistics of harvesting, receiving and processing the fruit incredibly efficient.
