Enzo Signorelli is a photographer, journalist, olive grower and EVOO producer. From the family properties on the slopes of Mount Etna, Sicily, and from others small, excellent, selected olive groves in the region, Enzo produces high-quality and multi-awarded extra virgin olive oils. All the EVOOs in collection are Crus, 100% Organic, Italian products and Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) certified. High in Polyphenols, all of them reached the Health Claim from Europe Union (Regulation EU 432/2021).
