We are a small, family-owned, traditional olive oil producer, making oil the old-fashioned way, with a strong emphasis on quality and flavor. Our property lies at the heart of a wild, secluded valley among the hills of the Parc du Luberon, in Provence, Southern France.

Our award-winning AOC Provence olive oil is made principally with Aglandau olives, along with Picholine, Cayon and Bouteillan varieties.

Les Templiers de Provence olive oil is a perfect condiment for salads, fish, vegetables, bread dipping.  Our olives are harvested in mid-November and pressed immediately to maximize fruitiness and taste. The oil’s pepperiness is a sign of freshness and quality. We employ ‘reasonable agriculture’ methods on our family farm nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Luberon Park in Provence, France.

The Seale Family: Sophie and Thomas Seale both have farming roots in their respective families from California and the Auvergne region of France. Their passion for the ‘soil’, simplicity and quality have been passed on to Children, Zoe, Daphne and Henry. The Farmer: Serge Dol is a local farmer whose family has cultivated lands in the Luberon for centuries. He is happiest when sitting on his tractor amongs the Olive Groves. He is shown here with his favorite dog, Huto.

We are able to offer visits to the olive farm our clients and friends. Advance reservations are required, based on availability. Send us a request: lestempliersdeprovence.com
