NIOÉLIA is an extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), Koroneiki variety, rich in phenols. Its name comes from the merging of the words “NIO” and “IALIA”. “NIO”, in the local dialect of Zakynthos, where we come from, means the new olive oil every year, while “ÉLIA” refers to the age-old, blessed tree that offers us its wonderful juice, olive oil.

Situated in Corsica, amidst green rolling hills along the Bravone river, Moulin Oltremonti extends over 35 ha. Our extra virgin olive oil is produced in our own mill equipped with the latest oil extraction innovations. Our extra virgin olive oil is produced entirely on the farm from the olive tree to the olive to the bottle. Our olives are produced from a selection of olive trees including our Corsican variety “Ghjermana” which we have reproduced from secular trees in the village of Monte, center Corsica. They are harvested beginning of autumn with a typicity unique to our island.
