Sant Joan de Binissaida
Sant Joan de Binissaida is an agrarian farm in exploitation. Sant Joan de Binissaida is presently a rural hotel exploiting 12 hectares, half reforested with pines and wild olives and the other half is dedicated to the cultivation of olive trees, planted between 2013 and 2021, the year that our own oil mill was installed to produce the oil with the two varieties we grow: the arbequina, with 664 trees, and the koroneiki, with 660 trees. In total, from 1994 until today, more than 3.000 trees have been planted, creating a beautiful natural setting. Since 2021, our agricultural exploitation has obtained the qualification of “ecological exploitation” from the Autonomous Community. The hotel also has a small vegetable garden that provides the Restaurant of Sant Joan de Binissaida with top quality natural products.
