We nurture our olives with care and harvest them by hand to ensure the finest flavor and highest nutritional value possible. Our crops are cold pressed using top-standard , state-of-the-art processing , bottled , and stored in our own plant.

Situated in Corsica, amidst green rolling hills along the Bravone river, Moulin Oltremonti extends over 35 ha. Our extra virgin olive oil is produced in our own mill equipped with the latest oil extraction innovations. Our extra virgin olive oil is produced entirely on the farm from the olive tree to the olive to the bottle. Our olives are produced from a selection of olive trees including our Corsican variety “Ghjermana” which we have reproduced from secular trees in the village of Monte, center Corsica. They are harvested beginning of autumn with a typicity unique to our island.

The extra virgin olive oil produced from Riad al Jabal farm is classified a high quality product as it is extracted from olives grown in a cold climate. This factor contributes greatly in increasing the proportion of fatty acids that enhance health, immunity, antioxidants and multiple flavonoids. 

El Milenario

El Milenario

This cooperative dates back to the 1960s. Until then, there were 18 mills in the municipality which merged to form 3 syndicated cooperatives: San Isidro, Nuestra Señora del Pilar and Mondrón. Finally in the 80’s San Isidro and Nuestra Señora del Pilar merged into what is now known as Cooperativa San Isidro, whose main façade has a niche dedicated to the patron saint, and which sells its oil as Aceite Verdial Periana.
