Maltês (mal-tesh) is an extra virgin olive oil with a wild side. A premium EVOO harvested from Guadiana river margins, in the Alentejo province of Portugal. This is a food forest product committed to preserving a sustainable natural environment.

Situated in Corsica, amidst green rolling hills along the Bravone river, Moulin Oltremonti extends over 35 ha. Our extra virgin olive oil is produced in our own mill equipped with the latest oil extraction innovations. Our extra virgin olive oil is produced entirely on the farm from the olive tree to the olive to the bottle. Our olives are produced from a selection of olive trees including our Corsican variety “Ghjermana” which we have reproduced from secular trees in the village of Monte, center Corsica. They are harvested beginning of autumn with a typicity unique to our island.
