The pressing is carried out cold below 23ºC, reducing the mixing times, which preserves all the aromas, flavors and, more importantly, it maintains all its health benefits due to its antioxidant, heart-healthy and anticancer power. .

MARMARO olive oil started its journey in 2018. It is the product of a family business. It is produced from greek olives of Chalkidiki variety, which are collected one-by-one by hand while still on the tree and not from the ground.
