Bono Val di Mazara DOP
Today we are among the largest producers of extra virgin olive oil in Italy and the largest oil mill in Sicily. Ours, however, is a simple story made of family, land and passion. Genuine and authentic ingredients is what we use to produce our oil and offer you the best of our tradition, the sincere taste of Sicily.
Katsa Early Harvest
KATSA First Cold Pressed, Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes specifically from Koroneiki cultivar olive trees and it’s highly praised for it’s exquisite taste and texture. The harvest begins in early November when the fruit is still green and unripe. These olives have been proved to have the highest levels of antioxidants and polyphenols, essential to boost the immune system and to maintain a healthy balanced diet.
Blend Primacia
Primicia Blend is an intense, green and fruity EVOO made from Picual blended with Manzanilla varieties, which are grown on the slopes of Villuercas Geopark in Cáceres, Spain. The oil’s bitterness, pungency and sweetness are low to medium with rich scents, including artichoke, banana skin, olive leaves, green almonds and green apple. Its flavor is persistent with an enduring aftertaste.
Oliveroads
The Sicilian landscape, blessed by nature for the production of excellent quality olive oil, has well-drained soils, sunshine, mild winters, favourable winds and olive trees rooted deep and since centuries in its earth. The olives are hand-picked from the centuries-old olive groves that are organically planted in the Belice Valley. OliveRoads have its life-dedicated farmers and harvesters that care every day on their “Nocellara del Belice” cultivar variety olives, typical of the region and of their exposition to the sun.
Riccolivo
Olives are collected from trees for Riccolivo olive oil and transported to cold-press facilities as quickly as possible to be pressed. Thus, Riccolivo Olive Oils have very low acidity levels. They are classified as 100% Natural Extra Virgin Olive Oils with 0.3 – 0.8% acidity levels. Light green texture in Riccolivo’s color and fresh grass smell invites nature to your tables. Riccolivo olive oils are also very rich in Vitamin E, which is known for its anti-oxidant and anti-cholesterol features.
Ol Istria Selection
Among all top quality Istrian extra virgin oils, only Ol Istria may brag a half-century old reputation. On a total of 220 hectares of olive groves on five locations, we pick the fruit from the olive trees some of which are 40 years old in the largest olive grove in Croatia whose plantations stretch down to the coast. Situated right by the sea and nourished by the Istrian sun, the olive groves absorb all the goodness of the soil and northern Adriatic climate. We foster their peace, and they reciprocate with top quality olive oil of a sumptuous scent and aroma.
