Our story started with the introduction of a Spanish olive variety “Arbequina” in 2008, unlike traditional narratives. Utilizing a cold pressed method, we aim to capture the fruitiness of our olives, the flavor, and overall healthy properties.

Chiaroscuro
The De Robertis Estate prides itself in producing a high-quality EVOO from Coratina olives. Our olives are grown on our family estate of 74 acres and crushed within six hours of harvest, extracted cold under 27° C in order to retain their unique flavor and aroma. Our Coratina EVOO is full of polyphenols (more than 800 mg/kg), allowing for a long shelf life. We are located just minutes from Trani, a historic town on the Adriatic coast of Puglia, in the heart of the Coratina cultivation region.
