Aceites Tapia is a family business born, like many others, from the enthusiasm and commitment of an entrepreneur, Mr. Dionisio Aguilera Hinojosa, as well as from the unconditional support of his entire family. This project came to life in January 1993 in Villanueva de Tapia (Málaga) due to the dream of this farmer to produce a superior quality oil as a result of the supervision of the process from the moment of planting and the daily care of the olive grove with the firm commitment and the confidence that the best product can only be obtained if it has been produced taking care of the details from the first link in the chain.

EVO Oliveto Sant’Elia
Oliveto Sant’Elia is a direct family-run farm, located in the hilly countryside near the town of Mazara del Vallo. The Mediterranean connotation of our territory is characterized by a mild and sunny climate for most of the year, to which is added a constant sea breeze. These characteristics, combined with the fertility of the land, qualities known since the time of Greek colonization, contribute to giving the olives a strong but delicately unmistakable flavor.
