Our olives are grown on our family estate of 74 acres and crushed within six hours of harvest, extracted cold under 27° C in order to retain their unique flavor and aroma. Our Coratina EVOO is full of polyphenols (more than 800 mg/kg), allowing for a long shelf life. We are located just minutes from Trani, a historic town on the Adriatic coast of Puglia, in the heart of the Coratina cultivation region.
