Il Principe
Comoutos estate has been regarded as a unique magical place for almost 500 hundred years due to its unique history and geography. It is fallow and consistis of aprox 310.000 square meters of olive trees and 50.000 square meters vineyard. It is considered one of the biggest estates in Greece that is located near a town/touristic island and has almost 8000 olive trees and vineyardin one location.

To obtain our excellent juice, we select the best “centennial ecological olive groves of the sierra” as well as the best green olives harvested at the optimum point of maturity. The pressing is carried out cold below 23ºC, reducing the mixing times, which preserves all the aromas, flavors and, more importantly, it maintains all its health benefits due to its antioxidant, heart-healthy and anticancer power. .
