Olivapalacios is a family business dedicated to the production and bottling of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, made from 100-percent Picual and Arbequina olive varieties. Our mill, Los Palacios, is located in the nutrient-rich lands and exceptional climate of Campo de Calatrava, Almagro, Ciudad Real. The olive grove sprawls over 520 acres of volcanic soil, which gives the oil a very defined and exceptional character along with unique nuances.

ESCALERA ÁLVAREZ S.A.T. is a family firm. Although we are a relatively young company, we have many years of experience in this sector. We decided to launch our own brand, ENTRE CAMINOS, because we wanted to differentiate ourselves by offering a high quality product packaged in containers that stand out from the rest. That is why the materials we use are 100% recyclable. Our company’s philosophy is centred on environmental sustainability, which is why our products are organic.

KATSA First Cold Pressed, Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes specifically from Koroneiki cultivar olive trees and it’s highly praised for it’s exquisite taste and texture. The harvest begins in early November when the fruit is still green and unripe. These olives have been proved to have the highest levels of antioxidants and polyphenols, essential to boost the immune system and to maintain a healthy balanced diet.

We only select the best olives, collecting them in the perfect moment of maturation, which ensures the maximum quality of the product. Once the olives are harvested, we carry them to our Oil Mill, where they are immediately cold-milled to preserve the attributes of the final product.

It has a fresh aroma with notes of fresh olives, grass and apple, and is still slightly spicy with notes of olive leaf and a very balanced and smooth aftertaste.

Founded in 1919 as “Sindicato Agrícola de Juncosa” by a group of farmers willing to join hands and work together to safeguard their interests and market the olive oil together, in 1939 renamed itself “Cooperativa Agrícola San Isidro” and now named “Coperativa Agrícola Sant Isidre de Juncosa de Les Garrigues”. Since 2010, the Cooperative has a new mill, fully extended, renovated and modernized, with the most advanced machinery to provide safer and more efficient production process in the production of extra virgin olive oil “Les Cabanes”.
