Parqueoliva Serie Oro is a gem. We select the best Picuda and Hojiblanca olives from an early harvest to create one of the best oils in the world. The oil has a medium-high, green fruity aroma of apple and green banana with notes of tomato and artichoke. The oil starts out sweet, with a green almond flavor, before becoming more bitter with a medium-intensity spice on the palate. The oil is balanced and full of personality.

By controlling the ambient temperature of the storage tanks and with the simultaneous presence of Nitrogen and Argon in all its processing stages, we expect the maximum life of our EVOO.

Our mill, Los Palacios, is located in the nutrient-rich lands and exceptional climate of Campo de Calatrava, Almagro, Ciudad Real. The olive grove sprawls over 520 acres of volcanic soil, which gives the oil a very defined and exceptional character along with unique nuances.
