The attachment to its roots, the production rigor and the passion that animate Tenuta Chiaramonte are the result of the agricultural culture of Sicily and of the Iblea land in particular, which boasts a millenary olive oil tradition, started by the Greek colonists and then interpreted by the Arabs. The company, with its extensive olive groves and its modern oil mill, is located, in fact, in the sunny countryside of Ragusa, between hills that slope towards the sea and dry stone walls that have become World Heritage Sites.

In the innovative olive mill of the family, the efforts of one year are transformed into the final product, filling all its members with joy and satisfaction. Olive oil extraction from the fruit occurs within 3 hours from the moment it is removed from the tree. But the work does not end there. Storage, bottling and durability are things that concerns us throughout the year. By controlling the ambient temperature of the storage tanks and with the simultaneous presence of Nitrogen and Argon in all its processing stages, we expect the maximum life of our EVOO.

Olivapalacios is a family business dedicated to the production and bottling of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, made from 100-percent Picual and Arbequina olive varieties. Our mill, Los Palacios, is located in the nutrient-rich lands and exceptional climate of Campo de Calatrava, Almagro, Ciudad Real. The olive grove sprawls over 520 acres of volcanic soil, which gives the oil a very defined and exceptional character along with unique nuances.

Nermin Hanim Arbequina
In 2012, we started with 800 trees on a 52-decare land in Altınoluk – Avcılar village. Today, we make production thanks to our 8000 centuries-old olive trees on a land of 500 decares in total. Our groves are located at Altınoluk Avcılar, Güre, Çamlıbel, Kızılkeçili, Dereli villages on the foothills of Mount Ida. We preferred the skirts of Mount Ida facing sea, producing plenty of oxygen and having a slight slope and exposed to wind in summer, while selecting the place of the olive grove in order to obtain the highest quality olive oils.
Grandpa Gold Olive Oil
The Tokuc Group’s affairs in olive oil began with the establishment of the Tokuc Organic Dairy farm in Çanakkale. It was there on the farm where we established spiritual bonds with the nature of our homeland. In our early days, our organization planted nearly 17 thousand olive tree saplings in the region of Mugla-Kavaklidere where the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts meet. This was the foundation of our olive oil business which has since flourished.
