Our story started in 2016 with an olive garden in Ayvalık, with our pursuit of being close to nature and healthy life after working in the information systems sector for many years.As Nova Vera, we aim to be differentiated by applying clean, sustainable, non-harming, health-giving and priority-oriented methods in both olive cultivation and olive oil production.

The obligation of being a “family business”, which is the universal truth in olive oil, is also valid for Özgün Zeytincilik.

Located in the historic Gallipoli peninsula, Anfortis is produced with passion for olive oil. Adhering to the sustainable agriculture practices and climate action targets, the olive oil journey from farm to table is carried out with utmost respect to our environment.

Kökten Zeytincilik, which decided to institutionalize in 2015, registered the brand ÖZ KÖYÜM and started selling olive oil in the region.

In 2012, we started with 800 trees on a 52-decare land in Altınoluk – Avcılar village. Today, we make production thanks to our 8000 centuries-old olive trees on a land of 500 decares in total. Our groves are located at Altınoluk Avcılar, Güre, Çamlıbel, Kızılkeçili, Dereli villages on the foothills of Mount Ida. We preferred the skirts of Mount Ida facing sea, producing plenty of oxygen and having a slight slope and exposed to wind in summer, while selecting the place of the olive grove in order to obtain the highest quality olive oils.

Zeytinyagi BTU Demir Celik Dis Tic Ltd produces extra virgin olive oil “Assos Athena”.

We named our olive oil “SAFİTAD”, inspired by the combination of purity and care. We produce our olive oils only from the olives of our own trees, without the use of any additives and without any chemical treatment, by cold-squeezing.

Our goal is to cultivate our olives in the highest quality, to cultivate our olives with our simple delicacies, and to cultivate our health.

Turgut Gençal founded Güven Asa Olive Oil. The brand continued to produce olive oil obtained from its existing olive groves, making a great breakthrough in 2014.
