We named our olive oil “SAFİTAD”, inspired by the combination of purity and care. We produce our olive oils only from the olives of our own trees, without the use of any additives and without any chemical treatment, by cold-squeezing.

Our goal is to cultivate our olives in the highest quality, to cultivate our olives with our simple delicacies, and to cultivate our health.

Turgut Gençal founded Güven Asa Olive Oil. The brand continued to produce olive oil obtained from its existing olive groves, making a great breakthrough in 2014. The Tokuc Group’s affairs in olive oil began with the establishment of the Tokuc Organic Dairy farm in Çanakkale. It was there on the farm where we established spiritual bonds with the nature of our homeland. In our early days, our organization planted nearly 17 thousand olive tree saplings in the region of Mugla-Kavaklidere where the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts meet. This was the foundation of our olive oil business which has since flourished.

Everything began as an idea during our studies at the Agricultural University of Athens; a series of products from our region, Messinia, one of the most fertile pieces of land in the Mediterranean. Our aspiration is to treat the Kalamata olives as a jewel, because we consider them as our Black Pearls!

With the passion for our land which is the origin of olives, and with our commitment we are following footsteps of the immortal tree. We have been continuing our family journey for 4 generations. By using modern production and mechanical harvesting techniques in the world, we aim to compete and produce a sustainable production. In 2017, we established our olive mill in our garden, and we are processing our olives in a short time in 3 hours to ensure that the fruit reaches the consumer without losing its value like volatile phenolic compounds, antioxidants.
