The Casa de la Arsenia oil mill is a company dedicated to the production of the highest quality extra virgin olive oil. It is located in Pinoso, in the Prado area, on the Casa de la Arsenia estate, whose history dates back to the end of the 18th century, in which olive oil was already made.

Extra virgin olive oil elaborated with artisan care, grinding selected olives of the variety manzanilla, carrasqueña, cornicabra and picual. With excellent organoleptic characteristics for its fragrance and unmatched flavor, it comes from olives harvested in olive groves in Villarejo de Salvanés.

We wanted our olive oils with high amounts of polyphenols and antioxidants to carry the “aroma”, “bitterness” and “hotness” balance characteristics determined by world standards at the optimum level, and we bottled them under the name ZAGODA and presented them to your taste.
