More than half a century later, we go on producing EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL with the best olive harvests of our partners. These olives, which are cultivated with care and ancient wisdom, come from the region of Subbética (Córdoba). These are harvested when they are in the perfect point of ripeness. Then, they are washed and milled using excellent techniques in order to get the natural juice that is the EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, with complete health guarantees and a great quality.

Today, the cooperative brings together all the local producers and continues to stay at the forefront of olive technology, adopting a continuous grinding system that follows the most appropriate standards to preserve the quality of the oil, in order to continue offering you an extra virgin olive oil, a high quality natural product.
