The Galvez Gonzalez family integrates the various phases of production to ensure full traceability from the formation of the fruit on the tree to the packaging and marketing of the final product, thus achieving an excellent oil.

We always implement new modernization processes not only for the machines like new production lines and adaptation of the current ones to include packing of new formats but also for the facilities. Our goal is always to satisfy our client’s needs.

Its history is based on the Tradition and Quality of Trás-os-Montes Olive Oil in Biological production mode.

On the slopes of this formidable volcano there is a long-time photojournalist and traveler who has rediscovered his roots among the olive trees of his house. The result is a unique and niche production, which has already received important awards

Three generations have been working on the “Los Machaos” farm, caring for the land and making olive harvesting an Art.  Our farm is within the municipality of Torres de Albanchez, at an altitude of 850 m. This peculiarity in the orography, makes us that the collection of the fruit is hardly without using mechanical tools, maintaining the tradition in the collection.
