Romero Verde
Romero verde is a familiar Company dedicated to the olive oil sector. We produce extra virgin olive oil , from Picual Variety. The olives are picked up during the early harvest in the Santa Ana farmhouse in Navas de San Juan , very near Úbeda city, in the province of Jaén, and the Extra Virgin Olive oil is made through cold extraction in our own Factory.

Three generations have been working on the “Los Machaos” farm, caring for the land and making olive harvesting an Art. Our farm is within the municipality of Torres de Albanchez, at an altitude of 850 m. This peculiarity in the orography, makes us that the collection of the fruit is hardly without using mechanical tools, maintaining the tradition in the collection.
