Rastrello Olive oil
We have 1,000 trees, most of which are 400 years old, making our oil a heritage blend. This blend is made up of different olive cultivars, the majority being frantoio, for fruity fragrance; leccino for peppery spice; moraiolo for a touch of bitterness; and pendolino for earthy smoothness.
