Nestled in the important olive growing hills of Bagno a Ripoli in the province of Florence, Tuscany, our farm lies at an altitude of 280m among wineries and olive farms on the edge of the famous Chianti region overlooking the river Arno.

Olivido is a young, dynamic and innovative company founded by the 4th generation of a family that has been dealing with olive and olive oil production in Gemlik/Bursa for years.

Our story stems from grandmother Maria’s passion for Cervaro’s olive trees and her dream of building a family farm where she can produce her beloved oil. In 2010, thanks to a total change of image, the GEMMA farm was born.

Under the snow-capped mountain of Gran Sasso d’Italia, sits Zio Tom’s ancient olive groves. Tended to year-round by Tom and his donkey, his Abruzzo farm produces a beautiful single-estate cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Now, for the first time, it is available in the U.K. through our website
