Olivido is a young, dynamic and innovative company founded by the 4th generation of a family that has been dealing with olive and olive oil production in Gemlik/Bursa for years.

Our story stems from grandmother Maria’s passion for Cervaro’s olive trees and her dream of building a family farm where she can produce her beloved oil. In 2010, thanks to a total change of image, the GEMMA farm was born.

Under the snow-capped mountain of Gran Sasso d’Italia, sits Zio Tom’s ancient olive groves. Tended to year-round by Tom and his donkey, his Abruzzo farm produces a beautiful single-estate cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Now, for the first time, it is available in the U.K. through our website

We believe we can make a difference in people’s lives and that’s why we take our products seriously. We control its quality at all times, bringing the land to the market, the market to the kitchen, the kitchen to the dish and the dish to the land.

All the olives come from our 255 hectares of olive grove, of which 80% is a 100 year old olive grove. In this part of the olive grove trees are planted in the traditional system
