The Fois family’s 100+ years of experience and its tireless passion for the prized fruit of the olive tree ensure a unique, unmistakable product. For four generations, the family has been cultivating, harvesting and processing olives in the groves surrounding the city of Alghero. 

Founded in 1906, Laur was a pioneer not only in the implementation of olive trees in Mendoza but also in the olive oil industry. In 2019, it was named the 4th most important olive oil factory in the world and the 1st one in Argentina.

We have been dedicated since 1994 to the manufacture of top quality cheeses, yogurts and olive oil. And since 2020 with the creation of the OLIBAÑEZ brand to the commercialization of Extra Virgin olive oil produced in our own olive groves.

Benefitting from the experience of 17 generations, we cultivate our Sicilian land with two great passions: wine and olive oil. Thanks to a high technology cycle of production, we obtain oils that are intense, fruity and aromatic.
