Our oils are produced from our traditional plots and harvested manually in order to preserve the quality of fruit our oils extracted from the chemléili variety, a local variety giving delicate and very balanced oils

Our 100% organic olives are grown without using any synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers and have incredibly low acidity. With a medium-bodied flavour and aroma, our olive oil is ideal for cooking, salad dressings and bread dipping.
