Our oils are produced from our traditional plots and harvested manually in order to preserve the quality of fruit our oils extracted from the chemléili variety, a local variety giving delicate and very balanced oils

Our 100% organic olives are grown without using any synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers and have incredibly low acidity. With a medium-bodied flavour and aroma, our olive oil is ideal for cooking, salad dressings and bread dipping.

Every year we cultivate our fields with love and respect for the environment, and we do it in the best possible way.
