Combining the exceptional quality of the most established all-over Greece variety of Koroneiki with the gentle local Achaean variety of Koutsourelea, enclosing within our assets our own ceremonial harvesting tradition with the utmost modern production and packing principles and techniques, we ensure optimal quality in every container that reaches your table, along with outstanding tasteful and nutritional reward.

We will continue to work to complete what we have undertaken and to achieve our ultimate goal: to promote Tunisian olive oil to an ever-expanding sphere as an oil proud of its origins.

We are Elli & Myron from Agia Varvara, Iraklion – Crete. Our area is the centre of island and has a long tradition in the production of the extra virgin olive oil. When you cultivate olive trees in Crete, you do not have to try too much to achieve excellent olive oil quality!
