Vedema* is a fine example of the Greek extra virgin olive oils: «born» in the world-famous Kritsa olive groves in Lasithi, Crete in Greece, it is tasty and fruity, full of aromas and has a very low acidity (≤0.4%). The olive trees in Kritsa are traditionally cultivated since ancient times and harvested from November to early January, every year. Vedema is produced from hand-picked «Koroneiki» olive fruits, pressed whithin two days from harvesting.

Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by olives cultivated at mountainous Sparta on the sunny mountain slopes. The most natural olive oil category with great aromas and taste. It has a strong fruity taste and aroma of freshly cut olive fruit.

We are a family company with years of experience in oil production with undivided enthusiasm about it. Our location is placed in the village of Zakros, located on the east coast of Crete. The oil roads in our parts, etched from the Minoans, passed in Greece reaching the shores of the Mediterranean, conveying the value and contribution of olive. Zakros is a village known and recognized for its wonderful olive oil produced since ancient times has highlighted one of the most important commercial and cultural centers of the Minoan civilization.
