Under the right conditions and care ,produces an exceptional quality extra virgin olive oil , usually high in beneficial polyphenols.

Our olive groves are located near Sparta, Laconia, in a dominant olive growing area, which considers the olive tree sacred, while it is famous for its ideal climatic conditions and excellent natural environment. Our olive products have superior high quality characteristics as they result from our organic production.We are producing olives and olive oil within the scope of good agriculture with 4,800 olive trees located in Ayvalık’s Murateli village and Mutluköy, approximately 400 acres of land.

For 3 generations now, our family in the Southeastern Peloponnese at the foot of Mount Parnon maintains unchanged the love for quality, as well as its commitment to the healthy organoleptic and natural characteristics of extra virgin olive oil. Trying to take nothing and add nothing, beyond what nature offers us, we remain faithful to tradition and simply “extract” the juices of freshly picked olives from our olive grove, to offer a pure traditional, unfiltered Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

With Koroneiki variety olives, exclusively from the olive groves of our family on the fertile island of Crete, we produce “Skoutari”. An excellent virgin organic olive oil, which is available in limited quantities and has very beneficial characteristics, one of the few that have a certified health label on its label.

A genuinely unique olive oil with a rare balanced flavour and beneficial health properties. Unlike other olive oils rich in polyphenols, Monologue Olive Oil does not allow the bitterness to subdue the other flavours, but enhances them – fruity becomes spicy!

Stergioti Margarita, of MS. Stergioti Bio Production, shares with us her creation, Festos; a Cretan olive oil from Heraklion. This olive oil stands out for its complex taste and mouthwatering aftertone.

Spiridon Anagnostopoulos, of the Anagnostopoulos Family brand, proves his olive oil creative abilities one more time with the Ranis olive oil, a complex, tasteful olive oil coming from the Koutsourelia variety.
