Soligea Unique is an extra virgin olive oil, which is produced from selected ‘koroneiki’ variety green olives. The early harvest of olives and the cold extraction method that we use in our olive oil mill, ensure its very low acidity and the deep green colour. Soligea Classic is an extra virgin olive oil which is produced from selected ‘manaki’ variety green olives. These olives are cultivated with natural methods, collected from olive groves in Soligeia of Corinth and are cold extracted from our family olive oil mill.

Ziro Organic Early Harvest
Our olive groves are located within the boundaries of the UNESCO World Geopark of Sitia, where you can discover the harmonious coexistence of man and nature. In the mountainous areas of eastern Crete, in the village Ziros, in Sitia, the fruit of the olive tree is born and ripens, bathed in plenty of sunlight and full of the juices and flavors of the Cretan land.
Kleio
For the production of this exquisite olive oil, the fruit is harvested early, from mid-October to mid-November each year. At this time, the fruit is just beginning to change color from green to violet. At this stage, the olive oil produced has an intense green olive color with a particularly fruity aroma and a slight bitterness in the taste, felt back in our throat.
