KONOS – Premium Edition Makri’s variety
A special version of KONOS November 2020 harvesting and milling by the olive grove of Michelis Estate. An olive oil with a complex aromatic profile that displays green as well as more mature notes at the same time. Delicious aromas of tomato, apple, flower and green nut provide delicate scents. Its delicate bitter and fresh spicy taste make this oil a real gastronomic experience!
KONOS – MICHELIS ESTATE
In the northern part of Greece, we cultivate the local Makri olive variety for more than four generations in our traditional olive grove on Konos Hill. We apply proper cultivation practices for our trees and environmentally friendly. During the last years we have the advantage of “cold extraction method” for our olive fruits with a modern two-phase olive mill inside our estate. A few hours after the olive harvest the extra virgin olive oil flows effortlessly.
