The olive production unit “Olive Poem” is a company with vertical production in all phases of olive production, from the field to bottling. Olive oil is produced from a single olive grove and in facilities of the same company, thus ensuring the highest possible level of all processes. In our business, we have always considered the traditional olive growing method of our region, a poetic act. The love and care shown by the traditional farmer in the trees and the land is admirable.
