“Krissa” in the ancient greek dialect means Cretan. Since ancient Minoan times, olive oil was one of crete’s most popular product. We created this Premium Extra Virgin Olive Olive Series in order to tribute our legacy, enclosing the best flavours crete can give us in a bottle.

Our cooperative has not stopped growing since 1951. Always united, always strong, mainly thanks to the devoted and enterprising spirit of the successive Administrations that have led us. Carefully planned investments have gradually improved our mill.  The olive oil we produce reflects this dedication and the commitment to quality of all our olive growers.

“SPITIKO” EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL BIO is a high quality, amazing Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the region of Sparta-Lakonia, on the Peloponnese in Greece. It is obtained directly from hand-picked organic olives from the famous Greek varieties “Koroneiki” and “Athinolia”.

Cooperativa Del Campo San Bartdlome S.C.A. (Olibeas) produces extra virgin olive oils.

The olives are harvested by hand while still green, 15 days in advance, to the detriment of yield but to the advantage of the organoleptic characteristics of the oil, in fact in this way a greater richness of polyphenols is maintained.

With more than 70 years of history, but with the same dream from day one, the cooperative continues to strive to maintain the good work of the liquid gold that irrigates its fields.
Grown with love and care, Baena Designation of Origin olives are harvested at the perfect ripening point and transformed into natural olive juice with the highest health and quality guarantees.
Every year, this work is recognised a little more with awards such as the PDO BAENA Gold medal, finalists in the Cordoba Provincial Council awards in 2021, Silver medal in the Mezquita Awards 2020 and entry into the “EVOOLEUM 2020 TOP 100 AWARD,” which includes the 100 finest oils worldwide, as well as a number of other recognitions in China, Japan, Italy, Germany, etc.
MONTEOLIVA continues with the tradition of making extra virgin olive oils from the finest olives produced by its farmers.

Located in Meknès, Morocco, land of contrasts, The Domaine Naoual Chami right in the middle of this same country, where history shaped people and their culture through the millennia. On an area of 205 acres, we cultivate three kinds of olive trees: Arbéquina, Picual and Koroneiki. In this landscape of olive cultivation, our trees draw from a black and very fertile soil, lulled by a temperate heat, its particularity and strenght. With an expertise transmitted through the generations, our ambition is to constantly give priority to quality and quantity, from harvesting to bottling, ensuring that the estate is fully developed throughout the year, while respecting the environment. Our ideal olives are delicately hand picked, carefully sorted, washed and triturated in the same day to release all their aroma while preserving their nutritional value and their health benefits. Combining tradition and modernity, we produce a pure juice, sun-drenched, stored in stainless steel food tanks. From the very first year, our oil is classified in the national competition of the Ministry of Agriculture for the selection of the best olive oils “Virgin Extra” in the category “Mature Fruity”. This distinction highlights the commitment of the Domaine Naoual Chami and its concern for excellence for an extra virgin oil destined for high gastronomy. Originating from olives of the Greek variety Koroneïki, Chania is an oil with a strong personality. Its bitterness and spiciness testify to its richness in polyphenols. It gives off aromas of ripe bananas and freshly cut herbs, characteristic of this variety so popular in Greece. Chania, will bring to your dishes a typically Mediterranean touch.
