SIDYMA uses olives of certain unique origins and rare characteristics, hand-picked from specific ancient trees around Fethiye, Mugla region, which are known to be used by the locals for decades for treatment, our oil is produced using specialised oil extraction methods to maximise the polyphenol contents.

ZAAZEY was brought to life in the beautiful Ada Mountains, right on the Aegean Seacoast of Turkey. It was here among Nature’s richest elements where blissful senses came to life. During our most recent trip, our family was introduced to the world’s finest family of olive growers for three generations. With careful attention to choosing the best trees, picking premium quality olives, and using meticulously orchestrated cold press methods, our family has created the finest olive oil on the international market!
