L’Olinda
L’Olinda Olive Farm is located in the rolling hills of San Marcello, in the central Italian region of Marche. Sitting at 430 feet in elevation and six miles from the Adriatic Sea, we produce organic EVOO following three basic principles: quality, typicality and territoriality. These guide us through the entire production cycle: cultivation, harvesting, transformation, conservation, bottling and sales. We grow 15,000 olive trees on 133 acres, all of which is organic farming certified.
