It is produced with the minimum time lag, between the olive harvest and olive oil production.

Our olive oil comes from the Sparta region, the land of the ancient Spartans, sun-drenched and protected by the surrounding mountain range and it is made 100% from the famous “Koroneiki” olive variety. The olives are hand-picked and processed in a state of the art olive mill, and the olive oil is produced within a few hours from the time of the harvesting, in low temperatures.
