It’s of the “KORONIA” variety and it has a thick soft texture, unique fruity taste with a mildly pungent, peppery finish, a fresh and clean smell, low acids and rare nutrients. It is produced with the minimum time lag, between the olive harvest and olive oil production.

Blessed products of the Greek land produced by the family of Georgios Ertsos. Our privately owned olive groves are located in the village of Mantzavinata in Kefalonia. Our olive groves produce oil whose characteristic golden-green color, distinctive fruity aroma and balanced taste, provide a unique experience, even for the most demanding palate. Produced from the Koroneiki variety, without preservatives and additional chemicals, one of the best olive oils in the world, a real journey in the field of taste.

Our olive oil comes from the Sparta region, the land of the ancient Spartans, sun-drenched and protected by the surrounding mountain range and it is made 100% from the famous “Koroneiki” olive variety. The olives are hand-picked and processed in a state of the art olive mill, and the olive oil is produced within a few hours from the time of the harvesting, in low temperatures.

Established in 2014 by a young entrepreneur, Eftihis Androulakis, PAMAKO is the brainchild of a passionate Cretan who decided to build on a family tradition of several generations with the help of his family and his partner, Dorothea Ritter. We combine tradition with cutting edge technology to produce an olive oil that is exceptional in both taste and quality.
